Blueberry Babies, a then emerging website, engaged Forty Weeks to help position the company as a premier, boutique destination for online maternity shopping. Julia fashioned strategies to simultaneously establish and support both the front- and back-end aspects of Blueberry Babies’ business. She created a public relations campaign, introducing the company to influencers in print and television, securing key editorial placements in national publications such as American Baby, The Washington Post, In Style, Readers Digest, Us Weekly as well as business-to-business visibility for the company’s President in, among others, The New York Times. Julia developed an effective exchange program with vendors for product unique to Blueberry Babies, and helped the company to compile a product mix that has truly resonated with consumers.
